newborn session

Erin and I have been friends for more than 12 years. We both attended Butler University as dance majors and went on to dance with Louisville Ballet together.  I am so lucky to have shared so many life moments with her both in and out of the studio.  What first started as a mentor/mentee relationship blossomed into a special friendship that I cherish.

When her youngest daughter was born, we celebrated the milestone with an in home newborn session.  This photoshoot doubled as a love letter to their Old Louisville home, their first family home.  They move this summer into their next home, which I know they will fill with a whole new set of wonderful memories.
