Matt was my college counselor in high school.  Once I graduated, thanks to the magic of social media we always kept in touch.  When Matt reached out that he and his partner were getting married, I was honored they thought of me to photograph their day!  It was a perfect day on the Chicago Riverfront, complete with heartfelt speeches, incredible accents (Philip and his family are from Ireland), and a rocking dance floor!
